Technical Specifications
A. Overview:
This grease is a new generation of calcium grease that is manufactured from highly refined mineral oils with Calcium Sulfonate complex thickener, EP/AW additives, rust and corrosion inhibitors. It with good water resistance, mechanical stability making it suitable for the bearings under a harsh environment with water, heavy loading, high temperature, high-speed, etc, such as the roller bearing in steel mill.
B. Features:
- Excellent mechanical stability, EP/AW properties, colloidal stability, and antioxidant ability;
- Superior adhesion, resistance to water wash-off;
- High temperature resistance, heavy load and shock load capabilities;
- Wide operating temperature range, long operational life at high temperature;
C. Application:
- Recommended a) for use in bearings of cold and hot rolling mill, continuous rolling mill in metallurgy industry;
b) for use in bearings in a harsh environment with high temperature, water, heavy loading, shock loading, etc in mining, machinery, automotive and other industrial applications.
