Product Description

Product Description

A synthetic, high-temperature kiln car lubricating grease containing high-performance graphite capable of lubrication up to 600°C

High Temperature Grease for Kilns, Oven, dryers & calciners

Technical Specifications

A.     Overview:
This product is of great high temperature capacity, with great lubrication, anti-oxidation, anti-water and anti-wear under high temperature, can be as high as 600ºC. Also work well under low temperature.

B.     Features:

Excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance to avoid grease loss during high temperature operation.

Excellent high temperature thermal stability and oxidation stability.

Good anti-friction and bearing capacity.

Excellent water resistance and protection.

Very low evaporation loss, suitable for long-term lubrication.

Applicable working temperature range: -20ºC~600ºC, fluid lubrication below 280ºC and solid lubrication above 280ºC.

When used above 300ºC, it will dry out and form a solid lubricating film, which can still play a lubricating role.

C.     Application:
Suitable for rolling bearing lubrication under high temperature, low speed and heavy load conditions.

Suitable for lubricating bearings of various roasting kilns, tunnel kilns and kiln cars under long-term high temperature, low speed and heavy load conditions in various ceramic, electromagnetic, refractory and enamel products industries.

It is suitable for the lubrication of statically heated steel ingots, aluminum ingots, and tempering car bearings, as well as the upper central bearing of the activated carbon regeneration furnace in the sewage treatment plant and the bearings of some high-temperature drying production linees.

Suitable for lubrication and protection of high temperature bearings such as sintering trolleys, heating furnaces, incinerators, tunnel kilns, regeneration furnaces, regeneration exhaust machines, electric porcelain bottle kiln car bearings, brick and tile and ceramic tile machinery kiln car bearings.

Not suitable for car paint drying and spraying line.
