XG-U2 Special grease for Rolling Mill and Roller

1.Overview:  

Base Oil	High viscosity base oil	This is the current roller grease replacement product.
Thickener	Complex uramino
Additives	Anti-oxidation , anti-rust, EP, etc.

 
2. Features: 
This product is of great capabilities including excellent high temperature resistance, water resistance, mechanical stability, acid and alkali stability, excellent anti-wear, extreme pressure and adhesive property, etc.
It has outstanding lubricating property due to use the unique co-crystallizing technology, no pungent smell, innoxious and comply with the environmental needs.
 
3. Application:
Applicable between -20ºC and +200ºC, for lubrication of various bearing in the continuous rolling, cold and hot rolling mill equipment; Also for lubrication of the bearing for mine, machinery, traffic which under such severe conditions like high temperature, high-humidity, heavy load etc.
