Xg/U12 Advanced Sintering Machine Polyurea Grease

1.Overview:  

Base Oil	High viscosity base oil	It's new generation of grease for sintering machine.
Thickener	Polyurea grease
Additives	Anti-oxidation , anti-rust, EP, etc.

 
2. Features: 
Good high temperature performance, suitable for working at high temperature;
Excellent lubricity and sealing property, reduce the air leakage rate;
Excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance to high temperature steam;
Good pumping performance, ensure effective lubrication of centralized system.
 
3. Application:
Applicable between -20ºC to +200ºC, suitable for the lubrication and sealing of sintering machine slide way, also suitable for slide way or roller way friction parts which need lubrication and sealing at other high temperature condition;
This product is suitable for centralized lubrication and sealing of elastic slideways of sintering machines in metallurgical industry, and also suitable for bearing friction parts that require lubrication or roller tables under other high temperature conditions.
