Overview:  

This Perfluoropolyethers lubricant is a high performance and long life white lubricant made by fluorinated polymer and prepared by special process.

Features: 

*Excellent chemical resistance and solvent performance, not affected by sulfuric acid, smoke nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidant, water and water vapor and other chemical substances and erosion.
*Very stable at high temperatures, with minimal evaporation loss and decomposition, no carbon deposition and sediment generation.
*Comstent with most rubber and plastic.
*Excellent lubrication, low friction coefficient, impact resistance, load, excellent rust resistance, effectively protect the equipment.
* Excellent flame resistance (which does not burn in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen) and radiation resistance. *Chemical structure is extremely stable and oxidation resistance, suitable for long-term lubrication.
 

Application: 

*It can be used as sintered metal bearing under harsh environment, maintenance free bearing with lifelong sealing, and Lubrication of bearings, gears, and turbines exposed to high temperature, humidity, and chemicals;and also for lubrication and protection of plastics and rubber. At the same time, it is also an ideal choice for plastic bearings, which can be safely applied to all plastic bearings.
