Overview:
This product adopts imported boron nitride thickened total synthetic base oil, and adds extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidation and other additives by special process refined ultra high temperature total synthetic grease.
Main performance:
· High temperature resistance, anti-bite and anti-sintering, no curing and coking at high temperature;
Excellent extreme pressure wear resistance, low friction coefficient, good lubricity and wide temperature, making the product suitable for a variety of applications;
· Excellent water and rust resistance, excellent lubrication performance under extremely high temperature conditions;
Boron nitride high temperature grease has the characteristics of preventing spalling, burning, cold solidification and corrosion;
· Excellent corrosion resistance, and does not corrode metal, excellent resistance to hot and cold water.
Recommended application:
· Widely used in engines, power plants, chemical plants, cement plants, gas turbines, steam engines, high temperature valves and other high temperature contact bolts, nuts, flanges, screws, burning needles and connection devices in high temperature and high corrosion environment lubrication and anti-bite;
· Lubrication of high temperature parts of steelmaking furnace;
· Used for the lubrication of high temperature bearings such as sintering truck, stationary heating ingot, aluminum ingot, and tempering truck bearings, as well as the upper center bearings of activated carbon recycling furnace in sewage treatment plant, incinerators, recycling furnaces, recycling exhaust machines, painting drying and production lines;
· For low speed sliding and/or swinging motion, also for screws and connectors made of non-metal, and for isolating components in hot pressed environments. Prevents corrosion of bolts, latches, screws, flanges, shafts, and covers in refining plants, steel and cement plants, shipping and agricultural engines.
· Applicable temperature range: -40ºC--1200ºC
Matters needing attention:
· During storage and transportation, water and dust pollution should be prevented.
· The lubricating parts must be cleaned when in use.
Packing specification:
· This product is packaged in 1kg plastic drum and 5kg plastic drum.
