Main Properties:
It has good anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, water resistance, adhesion, mechanical stability and high temperature resistance. Under heavy load and shock load, it can still provide reliable lubrication for lubricating equipment. The product also has good protective properties for metals.
Usage:
It is suitable for bearing lubrication under the harsh conditions of high temperature, high humidity, water drenching, heavy load and shock load. For example, lubrication of roll bearings in cold rolling and hot rolling of metallurgical equipments, and lubrication of bearings in high temperature parts such as roller conveyor in front of furnace in steel mills.
Applicable temperature: -20ºC~+180ºC.
Precautions:
This product is non-toxic and does not require special protection from general grease.
1# is suitable for centralized lubrication system, 2# and 3# are suitable for manual greasing lubrication.
If the centralized lubrication system is changed to this product, it is not necessary to dismantle and clean the whole lubrication system, just inject this product into the centralized lubrication system, discharge the original grease, and then this product can flow out from the lubrication point.
Packing specification:
The product is packed in 18kg plastic drum or 180kg iron drum.
