High temperature industrial polyurea metallurgical lubricant grease


1.Overview:  
 This product is made of high viscosity base oil, thickened by polyurea thickener, added with many kinds of additives, like: anti-oxidant, anti-rust, extreme pressure, etc. Contains aromatic and special bonding force between particles, have resistance to high pressure, high temperature, high speed, keeping excellent structural, with long service life and stability.

2. Features: 
a. Excellent high temperature resistance, water resistance and anti-rust properties, which help to ensure protection of metal surfaces, anti-oxidation, anti-weathering;

b. Stronger EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear) properties, minimizing the noise and vibration, protect bearing from heavy load;

c. Long service life, no dispersing even under extreme high rotation speed;

3. Application:
Applicable between -20ºC to +200ºC, suitable for lubrication of

(1) The friction of metallurgical equipment, vehicle, motor bearing, chemical fiber, textile, printing and dyeing, railway locomotive etc.;

(2) Bearing of metallurgical equipment, vehicle, motor bearing, chemical fiber, textile, dyeing, Printing and dyeing, railway locomotive etc;

(3) Bearing under high temperature, water spray, acid gas and radiation etc.

(4) Bearing under high speed, heavy load or shock load;

(5) Bearing for various machines.
