360 Lubricating Washing Rust Preventive Oil
Overview:

This product is a rust preventive washing oil imparted with high lubricity for press working of sheet metal for automobiles. It's commonly used on the blanking line to prevent press bites and star scars.
 

Features: 

Excellent pressing lubricity;
Low viscosity effects good washability and prevention of oil stain;
Easily degreasable with low temperature degreaser of alkaline cleaners;
Processability comparable to press oils;
Applicable to SPC sheet metals and also to zinc plated alloy plated sheet metals.
