High-temperature automotive lubricating grease is specifically formulated to withstand the intense thermal friction and heat generated by vehicle components like wheel bearings, disc brakes, and CV joints. These specialized greases prevent melting, resist oxidation, and maintain viscosity under extreme continuous temperatures.
 

• Wheel Bearings: High-temperature friction against the brake assembly often causes temperatures to soar.
• Brake Caliper Slides: Requires a specialized, non-melting formulation (often synthetic or silicone-based) to remain effective right next to the brake pads without dripping.
• CV Joints: Must endure high rotational speeds and constant flexing, requiring a high-temperature grease-often fortified with Moly (Molybdenum disulfide) for extreme pressure tolerance.

A. Overview:

This product is made of high quality base oil, thickened by complex uramino thickener, added with many kinds of top grade additives.

 

B. Features: 

Better high and low temperature performance than soap base grease, no emulsification in a long time when meet water, no dispersing even under extreme high rotation speed, stronger EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear) capacity, protecting lube part under heavy duty, minimizing noise and vibration, protect bearing from impurity and dust, long service life.

 

C. Application:

Applicable between -25ºC to +200ºC, suitable for lubrication of the friction of automotive wheels, bearings, chassis, motor pumps, etc, especially suitable for high-speed bus, car, and all kinds of heavy load car and truck, etc.
