Product Description
An outstanding anti-seize and lubricating compound for threaded and static parts. Prevents galling, rust, fretting, galvanic pitting, seizure and corrosion of threads. Preserves integrity during long and severe service and promotes easy disassembly. Its unique blend of graphite and copper lubricating solids allows for exceptional performance at both elevated and ambient temperatures.
XG-N1 High Temperature Anti-Seize CompoundA. Overview:
This product is not made by soap, it is grease mixed with non-ferrous metallic powder, with additives of EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear) etc. produced under special process.
B. Features:
Great capacity of high temperature, EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear), anti-clench etc.
Unique soft metal lubricant chemistry, easily coats threads. Malleability promotes easy breakout. Prevents galling, fretting and seizing.
Outstanding rust and corrosion protection,protects parts in use of in storage;
Seals out water, salt water spray and chemicals.
C. Application:
Applied for temperature between -20ºC~+800ºC, to running pulley, steel wire, screw thread, rings, hoops etc.
Anti-seize lubricant for assembly of parts such as bolts, nuts and screws.
Drill pipe threads and collars.
Spark plug threads.
