   Copper Anti Seize Grease 

 

1. Overview:

This product is made by  an inorganic thickener and deeply refined lubricating oil ,added with antioxidant,  Anti-corrosive agent, solid lubricant and metal powder. 

 

        2.Features: 

 Excellent high temperature performance: Wide operating temperature range;  Even after a long period of high temperature.After use, it can still carry out non-destructive disassembly;  

Good friction coefficient retention:the oiled bolts have been tightened and loosened several times after use,After the process, the friction coefficient remains unchanged;

Excellent water resistance:easy to disassemble threaded parts in wet environment;  

Excellent corrosion resistance:Prevent the workpiece from corrosion

       
        3.Application: 

This grease is working under high temperature and corrosion conditions, and use on:

Lubrication, protection and anti-bite of bolts and connectors repeatedly tightened or dismantled after initial installation.

Bolts for brake mechanism, flange seal and exhaust device.

Injection molding machine nozzle head bolt, cylinder head bolt, chemical bolt connection and centrifugal centrifuge tension ring lubrication. Part bolt, chemical bolt connection and lubrication of tension ring of centrifugal separator.

Applied for temperature between -30ºC~+1100ºC.
